I hope you don't mind reading in English, my Russian is very bad. I can translate however if you ask.
There are a number of corporations in this region that are not only associated, but control this space. All of them are 0.0 veterans and capable of warfare, including fleet warfare. You may have noticed that the asteroid belts here are usually full- that is because we keep people out.
In the past, another corporation approached you and asked for tribute, or tax, for your presence in the back systems of this region. That offer was refused by you, apparently personally.
Under those conditions, we steal ore, begin killing in low sec space, and if there is still no resolution we declare war.
We have obviously reached the last stage where we declare war.
As for your counter threat- asking the Russian community to attack us: We aren't attacking you because you are Russian, we are attacking you because you are in our space.
So if you need Russian friends to help you out so be it. We'll be bringing our friends, which include elements of the Sylph Alliance.
So we all have friends.... Which is nice.
However, to get back to the reason for this communication:
You have refused to pay a tax to the associated corporations for your presence here. My corporation has already podded two of your pilots. Associated corporations have podded your pilots. Unless you want bring a fleet back into these systems, you will have to leave anyway.
However, we don't play games. So your choices are to pull your newbie pilots out of these systems, fight a war, or pay a tax- as all corps in the area do. Those are the choices.
If one of those choices is not made, we'll be coming to visit you in *your* systems.
